  • Extensive follow-up questions may require an additional purchase.

  • CRMRC reserves the right to decline questions that fall outside the intended scope of the service.

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access until your account is brought current.

You remain responsible for the full balance owed under any payment agreement.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Every student and professional has different goals, experience, abilities, and circumstances.

Accordingly, CRMRC makes no guarantees regarding:
